The healing art of yoga is most effective when tailored to the individuals desires. I offer home visits and lessons so that you can achieve exactly what you want from your yoga practice. Whether you are looking to get into better shape, experiencing physical or mental imbalances, or trying to achieve peace of mind through meditation, these private sessions are for your growth. Along with the ancient teachings of yoga, Ayurveda is the complete holistic medicine that restore balance to an imbalanced body. Ayurvedic consulting includes, constitutional analysis, diet, regimen, herbal remedies, yoga for your type, lifestyle improvements. Bach flower, another healing modality that can improve mind, body and spirit consist of different remedies extracted from flowers that help restore emotional balance. Health can not solely be improved by being in good physical shape. A healthy balanced mind and spirit bring complete well-being and timeless happiness that can be shared with family and friends.
I offer private healing sessions that could include one or all three of these healing modalities. The first session will include a discussion of what you want most out of yoga and life, and a yoga and meditation lesson. The first meeting is based off of donation only and follow up sessions can be offered with the option of single classes as well as packages.
