Connecting together who you really are, moving into a more positive sense of who you are and the world around you thus connecting with everything in the universe in a postive way.

Weather permitting, come do Yoga at the Beach on Saturday mornings 9am til 10:30 or so. Class varies according to level of attendees, from light instruction and each does-our-own-thing to more involved rigorous poses...whatever we want and are in the mood for.
