Yoga Alliance 200hr certified yoga instructor with 3 years teaching experience. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with health conditions and Seniors. I adapt poses as needed to address your specific needs. I believe that Yoga is for Every-Body.

Weather permitting, come do Yoga at the Beach on Saturday mornings 9am til 10:30 or so. Class varies according to level of attendees, from light instruction and each does-our-own-thing to more involved rigorous poses...whatever we want and are in the mood for.
